Photography Booking & Usage Terms

1. Services
All photography services are provided as agreed at the time of booking. This may include property photography, editing, and digital delivery of images.
Final deliverables are supplied in digital format unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once accepted in writing (including email confirmation). The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time and date.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued after completion of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received on time, the Photographer reserves the right to:
Apply statutory late payment compensation fees
Suspend delivery of images or future services until payment is received in full
4. Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered via a secure online download link once payment terms have been met.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and project requirements.
5. Usage Rights
All images are licensed for use, not sold.
Usage is granted solely for marketing the specific property photographed, including:
Property listing portals (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla)
Estate agency websites
Social media marketing for the specific property
Images may not be:
Resold, transferred, or sublicensed to third parties
Used for other properties without written permission
Altered, edited, or reused outside the original agreed purpose
6. Licence Revocation for Non-Payment
Licence Revocation for Non-Payment
If payment is not received within 30 days, any licence or permission granted to use the photographs (including for marketing or publication) is immediately revoked and ceases. Use of the photographs after licence revocation constitutes a breach of copyright, and the client will be liable for copyright infringement. Payment of all outstanding amounts remains due and payable notwithstanding revocation of the licence.
7. Copyright
All images remain the full copyright of the Photographer under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Copyright remains with the Photographer. No licence to use any photographs, videos, floor plans, drone footage, or other media is granted until all invoices relating to the work have been paid in full. Any licence granted is automatically suspended while payment remains outstanding.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
9. Property Conditions
The Photographer is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by:
Poor property preparation
Unsafe or restricted access
Incomplete or inaccurate property information
10. Travel Charges
Shoots outside the local service area may be subject to a travel charge to cover time, fuel, and expenses. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated at the time of booking or included in the quote.
11. Liability
London Real Estate Photography Company Ltd and / or staff shall not be held liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use.
12. Agreement
By booking a photography service and using the photos supplied the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
